All non special orders will be shipped within 5 business days per carrier or regular mail, depending on size and product.
All products include a $2.00 mailing fee per item,plus sales tax.
All special orders must include payment at time of purchase or prior to start of making order. Information on contact sheet should be concise and with all requests. Any information that is further required after order please contact email@example.com and inform of further needs. Special orders will be mailed within 2 weeks or sooner. We will attempt to comply with any special or rush orders, if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unused items sold by Mollies Originals within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including dog scarves, kids smocks, and nursing covers. When returning products, please send them via regular mail: surface/ground rate (we will not accept returns by courier) to Mollies Originals, 1121 Cherokee Trail, Martinsville, VA 24112.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds or credit for mailing costs associated with returns and exchanges are not made unless it is as a result of our error (i.e. we sent you the wrong product/not what you ordered or defective merchandise).
Mollies Lilly-Pads, our non-disposable light day pads are not returnable, but a $3.00 store credit to store will be given if not satisfied with these washable incontinence pads.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
